In this full-time, permanent role, you will work with dedicated group retirement plan clients, ensuring compliance and promoting plan effectiveness. Successful candidates will use their strong technical knowledge and excellent relationship management skills to proactively identify opportunities for enhancing client services.

Key Responsibilities:n• Serve as primary consultant for a block of clientsn• Build long-term relationships with plan sponsorsn• Conduct annual plan reviews to assess performancen• Identify risks and develop effective solutionsn• Advise on plan design enhancements and governance

Requirements:n• Degree or equivalent business experience requiredn• Five years in group retirement insurance or account managementn• LLQP certification needed within one yearn• Solid oral and written communication skillsn• Knowledge of investment options for group plans
