In this full time role under the Director of Infrastructure, you will manage various infrastructure projects from inception through completion. This includes water systems, drainage, and more, while developing scopes, estimating costs, and preparing RFPs. Your expertise will be essential for achieving departmental priorities and supporting community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage diverse infrastructure and capital projects • Track project budgets and funding allocations • Conduct site visits and resolve construction issues • Oversee contractor performance and compliance • Prepare and manage Requests for Proposals
Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field • 5+ years of project management experience • Proficient understanding of infrastructure systems • Experience with RFP development and contractor management • Clean criminal record and BC Class 5 Driver’s License
