FTC 6 months - Canada Remote Optional - Campus Recruiting Experience is essential CAD$100,000-120,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. What will I be doing?
n
Working to deliver amazing results for both finding & hiring amazing new talent and to help improve and enhance TA processes and capability along the way. This is working within our client's Early Careers/Campus Hiring team, where you will be managing a cohort of work placement hiring for Bachelors/Masters/PhD students into technical roles within a semiconductor environment.
n
Your technical expertise, agility, professionalism, dedication, ‘can do’ attitude, and willingness to pull out the stops to deliver, will be what makes you successful in this role.
n
Typical activities all hang off your main goals of sourcing fantastic candidates whilst delivering a rock star client experience and equally awesome candidate experience – enhancing the brand of both our client and Join Talent.
n
Typical Activities Include
n
n
- Creating & gaining buy in from the client for the strategy to deliver the project – includes EBM, sourcing, channels, assessment & onboarding elements
n
- Building strong relationships with a range of client stakeholders including Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR & TA as applicable – positioning yourself and Join talent as trusted partners who get stuff done but also understand and protect the brand, culture and values of our client
n
- Creating and posting job adverts using client brand guidelines and managing all applications in a professional manner
n
- Directly sourcing and headhunting for suitable candidates that match the requirements of the role
n
- Attending early careers fairs, liasing with university careers services, positioning our client as a leading option for top graduates
n
- Screening applicants to present a shortlist to the relevant people
n
- Talking Hiring Managers through the shortlist of candidates
n
- Managing the candidate journey in a professional and candidate-centric manner
n
nRole Requirementsn
n
- Early careers talent acquisition experience is critical
n
- Utilising and maintaining the ATS and any other client/project system
n
- Writing updates and analysing relevant business data
n
- Being aware of market trends and competitors for candidates
n
- Complying with our company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction
n
- Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business
n
nSkills & Experiencen
n
- Early careers recruiting on a national basis would be essential
n
- Demonstrable and relevant experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in-house
n
- Strong expertise at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates
n
- A strong track record of closing requisitions with quick turnaround
n
- Charisma – in this role your charm and winning personality will be a huge factor in your success
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
n
- Problem-solving capability
n
- Self-motivated approach
n
- Teamwork – little room in a growing company for ‘lone wolves’ and in this role ability to work closely with all kinds of client stakeholders, team members and peers across the company will be key
