Our Cadomin Quarry is a critical limestone source currently transitioning into an underground mining operation.

Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible forleading all maintenance activities for stationary and mobile heavy equipment at the Cadomin Quarry.

This senior role provides leadership to maintenance teams, ensures regulatory compliance, supports production goals, and drives equipment reliability during both surface and underground transition phases.

Key Responsibilities Maintenance Leadership: Lead and supervise all maintenance activities for stationary and mobile heavy equipment, ensuringoptimalavailability and effective oversight of mechanics and contractors.

Planning & Optimization: Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs while tracking key operational KPIs to support production efficiency and quality requirements.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with OH&S;, environmental standards, and workplace policies; investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Team Development & Leadership: Provide leadership, training, and direction to a multiskilled workforce,



fostering a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Operational Integration: Collaborate with the Quarry Manager to align maintenance with production goals, raillogistics, and infrastructure needs, supportingcost efficientoperations.

Qualifications Previoussupervisory experience in quarry, mining, or heavy industrial maintenancepreferably in a unionized environment.

Solid knowledge of safety, environmental, and mining regulations.

Proven ability to supervise heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.

Proficiencyin SAP, Microsoft Office, and computer-based maintenance systems.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Work Environment Primarily quarry-based with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and physical demands. PPE isrequired.

Includes work in underground environments as the quarry transitions to underground operations.
