Job Summary

ADC Construction is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our growing residential construction team. We specialize in high-quality renovations and builds including decks, garages, basements, and bathrooms.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a company that is focused on doing things right the first time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with and complete residential construction projects including:

Decks and exterior structures

Garage construction

Basement and bathroom renovations

Perform framing, finishing carpentry, and general construction tasks

Read and interpret basic drawings and project plans

Safely and efficiently use hand tools and power tools

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Work independently when required and contribute as part of a team

What We’re Looking For





Experience in residential construction (carpentry experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Reliable transportation (travel within surrounding communities required)

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take direction

Ability to problem-solve and think ahead on the job

$20–$35/hour, based on experience
