As the Recreation Manager, you will take a leading role in developing diverse wellness programs aligned with Chartwell’s principles. This position not only allows you to foster resident-led initiatives but also engage in community events, enhancing the quality of life for seniors. You will work with various departments and empower residents to participate meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities:n• Develop and implement creative wellness programsn• Support resident-led clubs and initiativesn• Collaborate with Marketing on signature eventsn• Manage recreation department budget effectivelyn• Oversee volunteer programs and concierge services

Requirements:n• Minimum 3 years in recreation or life enrichmentn• Post-secondary education in relevant fieldsn• Class 4 Driver’s License (or willing to obtain)n• Solid communication and planning skillsn• First Aid Certificate (training provided)
