At Southbridge Care Homes, your role as a Registered Nurse is crucial for delivering high-quality nursing services in long-term care. You will be responsible for administering medications, evaluating health needs, and developing resident care plans while collaborating in multidisciplinary meetings. Additionally, you'll oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with required care standards.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and observe vital signs accurately
Develop, implement, and review resident care plans
Supervise and train nursing and personal care staff
Ensure facility readiness for RAI MDS assessments
Take charge in the absence of the Director of Care

Requirements

n
Valid RN certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Registered or eligible for registration with RRNAO
Certification in First Aid and BLS
Experience in long-term care preferred
Completion of a negative vulnerable sector check
