In this leadership role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage Sales Managers and Specialists, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide market insights. Your mission includes managing customer relationships in residential and commercial water heating, ensuring a solid market presence, and promoting Ariston's value propositions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the sales team and develop personnel.
Foster relationships with residential and commercial clients.
Collaborate with the Heating North America Leadership Team.
Analyze markets and coordinate with the marketing department.
Develop forecasts and update product information.

Requirements
n
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years of outside sales experience in heating.
Proven track record in sales team management.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with HVAC and water heating products.
