Job Summary

nWe are seeking energetic and customer-focused Food Truck Staff to join our agile team. This role involves providing excellent food service, preparing and cooking menu items, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong attention to food safety, and previous experience in food handling or restaurant environments.n

Responsibilities

Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the food truck window or counter
n
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
n
Handle food safely, maintaining cleanliness and proper hygiene practices
n
Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
n
Maintain the cleanliness of the food truck, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment
n
Manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth operations
n
Follow all food safety regulations and health department guidelines
n




Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction
n
Assist in setup and breakdown of the food truck at each location or event
n

nExperiencen

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
n
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and procedures
n
Experience with meal preparation and cooking techniques beneficial
n
Robust serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
n
Familiarity with the food industry and understanding of hygiene protocols is a plus
