Job Overview:

nWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team during a busy period. This is a temporary contract role (5–6 months) with the potential to gain valuable management experience in a quick-paced environment.n

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
n
Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff
n
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
n
Help manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
n
Assist with monitoring inventory levels
n
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
n
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
n




Support opening and closing procedures as needed
n

Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle pressure
n
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
n
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
