Role Description

nThis is a full time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Enniskillen 3, SK. The role involves daily interactions with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. The representative will handle customer support requests, deliver a positive customer experience, and maintain accurate service records.



They will also act as a liaison between the customers and the company to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.n

Qualifications

Experience with Customer Service Representatives, including delivering high-quality service and support to customers.

Proficiency in Customer Support practices, demonstrating robust problem-solving skills to address client inquiries effectively.

Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction by understanding customer needs and providing productive solutions.
n
Familiarity with creating a positive Customer Experience through professional communication and a customer-first approach.
n
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
n
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
n
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
n
Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus but not mandatory.
