Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Engineer of Record and provide project oversight
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and Engineers-in-Training
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within budget and schedule
• Build robust client relationships in the Yukon region
• Support proposal and business development efforts
Requirements:
• P.Eng. designation and 8+ years engineering experience
• Proven project leadership and team mentorship abilities
• Understanding of northern design challenges
• Experience in client management or business development
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
