Lead the budgeting and financial forecasting process, in close collaboration with the organization's various departments, to ensure integrated planning aligned with strategic objectives

n

• Oversee functions related to costing, inventories, budgets, strategic financial analysis and special projects

n

• Provide advanced financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and corporate growth

n

• Continuously improve financial, administrative and operational processes, in a context of sustained growth and continuous improvement

n

• Work closely with the financial controller and members of the management team

n

• Actively participate in the strategic business review, providing financial perspectives

n

• Manage, develop and mobilize a team of 3 analysts

n

• Play a key role in the deployment of the Group's transformation initiatives and financial tools

n

• Act as an internal reference for business issues with a financial impact.nRequirements

n





Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and CPA qualified designation

n

• Minimum 8 to 12 years' relevant experience, including a stint in a manufacturing company

n

• Excellent understanding of operational and financial issues in a manufacturing context (multi-site, multi-currency)

n

• Solid experience in budgeting, costing, strategic analysis and team management

n

• Knowledge of IFRS (an asset)

n

• Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and ERP (Epicor, SAP, Oracle or equivalent)

n

• Bilingualism French/English essential (frequent contacts with Mexico, the USA and the parent company in India)

n

• Business acumen, ability to synthesize and excellent strategic judgment

n

• Mobilizing leadership and entrepreneurial spirit in a changing setting.nDetails
