Provide important personal care as a Temporary Part-Time Continuing Care Assistant at the Whitewood Community Health Centre. Support residents in achieving their optimal health and well-being.
This role, beginning January 05, 2026, requires dedication to enhancing physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Duties will involve assisting in daily living activities and offering compassionate support to clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care and help with daily living activities
• Encourage residents’ emotional and psychological needs
• Communicate effectively with clients and families
• Document patient care and activities accurately
• Work adaptable shifts, including nights and weekends
Requirements:
• Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certification required
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Food Safe certification when applicable
• Valid driver’s license where necessary
