Our client in Niagara Region, ON is actively looking for a Metallurgical Manager to join their team.

Position Description: Lead and oversee all metallurgical functions within the facility Provide technical support to production, including resolving product non-conformities and implementing corrective actions Support product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives Define and monitor metallurgical and quality KPIs Ensure compliance with quality standards (AS, ISO , ISO/IEC ) Interpret customer specifications and material requirements (ASTM, AMS, ASME) Lead root cause investigations and customer complaint resolutions Support audits, accreditations,



and quality management systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency Promote and maintain health and safety standards Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials, Chemical, or Physical Sciences + years of experience in steel manufacturing or a related metallurgical role + years of leadership experience managing a metallurgical team Solid knowledge of steel production processes (melting, refining, casting) Experience with quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
