Your new role As a Estimator, youll take the lead on preparing accurate andpetitive estimates for a variety of designbuildmercial and industrial projects.

Your daytoday will involve reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents,pleting detailed material and labour takeoffs, and working closely with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and evaluate quotes.

Youll prepare bid submissions, budgets, and cost breakdowns, and support project managers during handover and early planning.

This role calls for strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of refrigeration systems,



and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Youll also maintain pricing databases and historical cost information while building strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

What you''ll need to succeed Youll bring experience in estimating within refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical contracting, along with a solid understanding ofmercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

You should feel confident interpreting mechanical drawings and technical specifications and befortable using estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

Strongmunication, organization, and timemanagement skills are key.

Technical training or a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic background is an asset, and youll need a valid drivers licence with the ability to visit job sites when needed.
