Design Researcher:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Design Researcher for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Design Researcher - Job Description:
The Design Researcher will lead the Digital Marketing department in generating insights and fostering a user-first culture integral to large marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with product teams to define research goals and conducting user interviews or usability tests to inform design decisions.

Design Researcher - Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product teams to define research goals
- Plan and conduct user interviews or usability tests
- Analyze feedback and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Advocate for user needs and create personas/journey maps
- Share findings to guide design decisions

Design Researcher - Mandatory Skills:





- BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in research
- Technical understanding of design research theory/design research tools
- Working knowledge of various design research methodologies
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Experience within a large organization and marketing setting
- Proficiency in Alida, Maze, Mural

Design Researcher – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with Figma
- French language skills

Design Researcher – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office per week.
