Industrial Electrician – Systems Controls

We partner with GEA and other leading equipment manufacturers to implement, maintain, and optimize robotic milking, feeding, ventilation and hygiene systems, preparing farmers for the future of up-to-date dairy production.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated electrician to join our rapidly growing team. In this critical role, you will work directly with company owners to build out our new systems controls division. This will include sourcing, design, development and installation of agricultural systems controls.

- Work directly with owners to spec, source materials and build custom systems controls for grain bins, milking equipment, and other automated farm equipment
- Install and service control systems
- Develop and lead training for other agricultural dealers on the installation, use and maintenance of proprietary systems controls
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory of parts, and complete detailed reports using our service management software.
- Collaborate with our sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for system optimization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working on client sites.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience with industrial electrical systems, including PLCs,



robotics and automated machinery.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical systems, and network connectivity.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for robotic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical individuals.
- Customer-focused demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a dairy farm environment, which may include exposure to animals, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for travel to client sites.
- Ability to lead others in technical and often ambiguous scenarios.
- Agricultural experience a strong asset.
