Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

We are a professional landscaping company servicing commercial, industrial, and multi-residential properties throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Our team is known for quality work, strong leadership, and a positive, team-first culture.

This is a full-time, year-round position. Only applicants available for full-time, long-term employment will be considered.

The Role

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be part of a team responsible for keeping properties clean, professional, and well-maintained throughout the season.

This is hands-on outdoor work for someone who enjoys staying active and seeing the results of their effort at the end of each day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Grass cutting and trimming to maintain a clean, sharp appearance
- Weeding garden beds and landscaped areas
- Pruning shrubs and small trees to promote healthy growth
- Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Performing basic equipment maintenance
- Cleaning up job sites and maintaining professional presentation
- Working as part of a team to complete properties on schedule

You’ll be part of a crew that works efficiently, supports each other,



and takes pride in quality results.

What We’re Looking For

- Landscape maintenance experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physical labour and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
