We’re currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping people, driven by results, and thrive in a sales environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by closing sales opportunities we provide and developing relationships with prospective clients
- Educate clients on personal insurance products, including home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies
- Provide tailored coverage recommendations based on individual needs and risk profiles
- Follow up on leads, conduct policy reviews, and maintain consistent communication with clients
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in our management system
- Stay up to date on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Valid RIBO license
- Proven experience in insurance sales,
customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
