WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
This purpose of this role is to deliver exemplary guest experience during their meal service at all food and beverage full-service assignments; in the absence of a Supervisor/Manager, the Team Lead be the senior staff member on shift.

- Opens and closes the restaurant or bar in the absence of Supervisor or Manager.
- Conducts pre-shift meetings, sharing information regarding food specials and promotions, daily goals and objectives
- Assigns and oversees duties to ensure a high level of cleanliness in the bar area, servery and keg storage rooms
- Records and reports wastage and spillage to supervisors and directors.
- Assist servers in accurately processing transactions, deposits,



cash-outs and tips at the end of shift.
- Corrects voids and cash errors, and processes discounts, in the absence of Supervisor or Manager.
- Performs duties of servers, including POS entries, interacting professionally with guests, general cleaning, and serving customers etc.
