Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. The Support Worker will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and independence of clients by delivering personalized care tailored to their needs. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring hospice or home care support.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision
Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
Assist with transfers and heavy lifting to ensure safety for both clients and staff




Document care provided accurately and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff

Experience
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings is preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is highly valued
Background in caregiving, patient care, hospice care, or senior care is advantageous
Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing skills is beneficial
Familiarity with caregiving tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and mobility assistance is desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively handle physical demands of the role
Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with vulnerable populations

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $38,300.31-$66,088.87 per year
