As the Recreation Manager, you will take a leading role in developing diverse wellness programs aligned with Chartwell’s principles. This position not only allows you to foster resident-led initiatives but also engage in community events, enhancing the quality of life for seniors. You will work with various departments and empower residents to participate meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative wellness programs • Support resident-led clubs and initiatives • Collaborate with Marketing on signature events • Manage recreation department budget effectively • Oversee volunteer programs and concierge services
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in recreation or life enrichment • Post-secondary education in relevant fields • Class 4 Driver’s License (or willing to obtain) • Solid communication and planning skills • First Aid Certificate (training provided)
