In this in office role, you'll engage with clients, building solid relationships to assess their financial needs. You will provide essential support and advice on personal money management, tailored to serving CAF members. By conducting sessions and presentations, you'll educate individuals and groups about financial strategies while monitoring their plans for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor client accounts for compliance and relationship management • Conduct presentations to deepen relationships with CAF members • Provide informative financial counselling to military families • Develop individual plans for proper money management • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and industry standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • Experience in personal lending or financial counselling • Certified Financial Counsellor designation preferred • Solid communication and client focus skills • Bilingual in English and French an asset
