As the Controller, you'll oversee essential accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various revenue models, including SaaS and qualified services. Your hands-on approach will help build and automate processes, leveraging NetSuite to enhance the financial reporting framework. You will also mentor a Senior Accountant and contractors while fostering a culture focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the month-end close process to achieve 5-day completion
• Oversee general ledger and account reconciliations
• Deliver timely financial reporting packages monthly
• Lead revenue recognition across different revenue streams
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• CPA certification required
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience
• Strong hands-on NetSuite knowledge
• Deep understanding of GAAP and ASC 606
• Ability to commute to Newtown Square for hybrid schedule
