Our people make this mission a reality – powered by their diverse backgrounds and experiences.We are seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant who is passionate about delivering transformation and change for our clients with Oracle technology, and to join a growing energetic consulting company.ResponsibilitiesUnderstands client stakeholder goals and objectives to visualize what success looks likeHelps clients align their business with Oracle's Modern Best PracticesContributes to the project plan and provide regular updatesPartners with clients to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud (understanding and communicating options and decision rationale)Assess reporting needs with clients, disposition to delivered Oracle reports, custom OTBI or BI Publisher, design custom reports, and construct and test custom OTBI reportsConfigure, document and test Oracle Cloud solutions, recording appropriate Oracle service requests and working them to closureIdentifies risks, evaluate options,



and recommend and execute the remediation's to avoid project roadblocksCoaches and leads client and ArcLight project resources to complete their tasks with qualityEstablishes personal brand by meeting or exceeding commitments for schedule and qualityContinuously improves ArcLight's delivery model and assets to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiencyGrows skills to encompass a broader understanding of Oracle Cloud, and the sales and delivery processesDeepens knowledge and skills in software industry trends, our client's industry, and the latest Oracle modules and featuresAchieves and maintains Oracle Implementation certificationsQualificationsMust have at least 4 years of implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, Project Accounting, and/or Procurement CloudKnowledge of finance, accounting, project management, and/or procurement business processesFunctional experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud with direct client interactions. Activities you performed included facilitating global design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud following Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, providing recommendations to address gaps, completing functional designs, providing Oracle Cloud process guidance and training, assessing, design and building OTBI analyses, and test plans and executionProvides overall implementation support with presenting complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, bug fixes, customer support.



Communicate process and application trade-offs and recommendations for specific client requirements and user storiesDesire to work in a creative problem-solving environment with attention to detailOracle Certifications in Finance, PPM and/or Procurement modulesBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fieldAble to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peersWilling to travel up to 25% of the time. Can be based anywhere in the United States or CanadaCompensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – 145,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
