Overview
Arsenault’s is building a premium, estate-style destination centered on a unique seasonal experiences, and PEI food products. We operate at the intersection of craft beverage, tourism, and direct-to-consumer retail.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help launch and scale a recent category.

1. Operations & Systems

- Manage day-to-day operations across production, retail, and experiences
- Build and improve systems for efficiency, workflow, and quality
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities
- Track key metrics (sales, costs, inventory, margins)

2. Production & Inventory

- Oversee small-batch production (apéritif + food products)
- Manage raw materials, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Track and maintain inventory (inputs + finished goods)
- Ensure cleanliness, compliance, and consistency

3. Bookkeeping & Financial Tracking





- Maintain basic bookkeeping (expenses, revenue tracking, receipts)
- Support budgeting and cash flow awareness
- Prepare reports for decision-making and grants

4. Sales & Customer Experience Support

- Support on-site sales (tastings, retail, tours)
- Help manage POS systems and daily cash flow
- Ensure a high-quality visitor experience
- Assist with markets and off-site sales (e.g., Summerside Farmers’ Market and Mily Way)

5. General Startup Execution

- Wear multiple hats — no task too small or too big
- Help solve problems quickly and independently
- Contribute ideas to improve the business

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
