Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food service during busy hours, including serving meals at tables or in catering settings
- Support event setups such as banquets or private parties by coordinating food and beverage service seamlessly
- Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables or bar stations effectively
- Uphold all food handling standards and ensure guest safety at all times

Skills





- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like TOAST for order processing and sales tracking
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with licensing laws
- Familiarity with catering operations and banquet service techniques
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth service flow
