Your Role

As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be the ultimate multitasking superstar. Here’s what your day might look like:

- Room Guru: Manage reservations, room assignments, and vacancy inventory like a pro.
- First Impressions Extraordinaire: Welcome guests with warmth, check them in, and assign their perfect room.
- Local Expert: Answer questions about hotel services and the local area, giving insider tips to make guests’ experiences exceptional.
- Problem-Solver: Handle guest complaints with grace and find solutions that turn frowns upside down.
- Numbers Whiz: Compile daily records, process guest accounts, and ensure everything adds up.
- Farewell Specialist: Present final statements, receive payments, and send guests off with a smile.

What You Bring to the Table:





- A high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for college or apprenticeship experience in hospitality!).
- A natural flair for customer service—your energy is contagious!
- Robust communication skills, whether you’re chatting face-to-face, on the phone, or in an email.
- Attention to detail because the little things make the biggest difference.
- A love for teamwork and a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
