We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our mixed farming operation. The responsibilities for this position vary from day to day and include a wide range of duties—from operating farm equipment to working directly with cattle.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in general farming practices and a genuine passion for agriculture. Applicants must possess the physical stamina and mental resilience required to handle the demanding and ever-changing nature of farm work. Mechanical aptitude is essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Class 1 driver’s licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be comfortable working with livestock
- This is a non-smoking farm
