Restoration Lead
Parkland Cleaners and Restoration
Roblin, Manitoba

Parkland Cleaners and Restoration is looking for a hands-on Restoration Lead to run projects and lead crews in the field. This role is ideal for someone with restoration experience who’s ready to take ownership of jobs and lead from the front.

This position is based in Roblin, Manitoba and offers a four-day work week, pension perks, and long-term stability with a well-established local company.

What you’ll do

- Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish, including water damage, sewer backups, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, fire and smoke damage
- Lead crews on site and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Assign daily tasks, oversee progress, and hold crews accountable
- Complete and oversee job documentation including photos, moisture readings, notes, and safety documentation
- Ensure proper procedures and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate with office staff, homeowners, and other stakeholders as required




- Be the primary field leader responsible for keeping projects organized and on track

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in restoration work (water, mold, asbestos, etc.)
- Leadership or crew-lead experience is a strong asset
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage people, solve problems, and make decisions in the field
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour
