What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating equipment such as skid steers, bulldozers, excavators, and graders
- Assisting with site prep and finish grading
- Supporting the crew with hands-on tasks (shoveling, raking, etc. when required)
- Maintaining equipment and troubleshooting basic mechanical issues
- Taking on leadership responsibilities as you grow with the company
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience running heavy equipment (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to cut and complete finish grade work
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Mechanical aptitude is a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 considered a major asset)
- Pass a criminal record check
- Leadership potential—someone who can grow into a foreman or supervisor role
- Have own means of transportation to travel to and from WINNIPEG BEACH every day
