Seasonal Schedule:

This is a part-time seasonal position that runs from mid-May to Mid-November. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week. We will begin hiring through May and candidates will be brought on in stages through to late June as customer flow increases.

During School Months:

Early and late season student staff are scheduled weekends only while school is in session. In the fall, when we remain open until 8pm, after-school shifts may be available.

This role combines customer service, produce handling, and ice cream scooping. You'll support daily operations by keeping displays stocked, maintaining quality standards and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Position Overview:

This part-time role combines customer service, produce handling and ice cream service. You will support daily operations by keeping displays stocked, maintaining quality standards and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Scoop and serve ice cream efficiently and properly follow safety procedures
- Operate the cash register with accuracy
- Restock produce, ice cream supplies and retail items throughout the day
- Preform quality control on produce and displays (Checking freshness, removing damaged items, rotating stock)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas (Counters, freezers, coldrooms, floors)




- Follow established procedures for opening, closing and shift transitions
- Adapt to shifting priorities during busy periods (Bagging, stocking, customer flow support)

Work Conditions:

- Shifts are 8-8.5 hours with an unpaid 30min break
- Takes place indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting, carrying and moving produce boxes/bags up to 50lbs
- Working in a fast-paced environment, especially on warm days and weekends
- Includes periods in cold/freezer environments
- Reliable transportation to and from the stand is required

- Able to work well in a group setting or independently or without direct supervision
- Enjoys working with customers and supporting a small team
- Availability for 2-3 shifts per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays
