Salary: Our salaries generally range from $86,816.59 to $108,520.74 and are based on qualifications and experience. About the Role

n

Join the Infrastructure and Operations team in the Bilingual Specialist, Microsoft 365 Administrator. In this role you will play a key role in delivering a secure, modern, and reliable digital workplace. You will design, operate, and continuously improve end user computing platforms, ensuring devices and productivity tools are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards; while working closely with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Service Management teams to support efficient and user‑focused workplace technologies.

What You’ll Do Manage Microsoft 365 productivity platforms (Exchange Online,



SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams), ensuring secure configuration, availability, performance, and a consistent end‑user experience. Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 governance controls, including site/team creation standards, naming conventions, lifecycle management, retention expectations, and guest/external sharing guardrails.

Manage

n

SharePoint/Teams workspace provisioning (sites, teams, groups), templates, and information architecture basics (e.g., navigation, libraries, metadata patterns) in partnership with Information Management stakeholders. Define and enforce permissions and access models for collaboration spaces (owners/members/visitors, sensitivity‑based access), and support periodic access reviews to reduce oversharing risk. Partner with Cyber Security and Information Governance teams to support Microsoft 365 compliance capabilities (e.g., sensitivity labels, retention policies, audit requirements), and contribute to investigations and eDiscovery readiness as required.

Monitor

n

Microsoft 365 service health and message center communications, assess impact of product changes, and coordinate release/change activities, user communications, and operational readiness. Provide tier 2/3 operational support for Microsoft 365 platform incidents and problems, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and escalation to Microsoft as needed.



Publish platform standards, knowledge articles, and configuration guidance to enable effective collaboration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), and support adoption initiatives through technical input and enablement materials.

Develop and implement automation and self‑service solutions to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability. Support ITSM processes and continuous improvement, maintaining technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures.

What You Should

n

Have A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in End User Computing, Modern Workplace, or Endpoint Engineering roles.

n

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and application packaging and deployment. Strong understanding of endpoint security and compliance, including device configuration policies, patch management, and vulnerability remediation. Hands‑on experience administering and governing Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) including configuration, policies, lifecycle management, and operational support.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance concepts (e.g., information protection, retention, audit) and identity/access fundamentals (e.g., Entra ID groups/roles) to support secure collaboration.

Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) to improve efficiency and standardization. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to produce transparent documentation in regulated or security‑conscious environments. Excellent oral and written commu
