LCDS is hiring multiple Direct Support Professionals across Lambton County. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities—such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration. Facilitating skills development and individual growth within the community is essential, making it a rewarding position for caring advocates.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support in homes and community settings
- Assist with meal preparation and personal hygiene
- Facilitate skill development and personal growth
- Cultivate relationships and leisure activities
- Ensure safety and assistance during appointments

Requirements
n
- Valid G or G2 class license and reliable vehicle
- Explicit Vulnerable Sector Police Check required
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Experience with developmental disabilities is an asset
