Join NavGurukul as a Campus Wellness Specialist to foster student wellbeing across multiple campuses. You'll travel frequently, connecting with students and creating supportive wellness systems.

As a full time Campus Wellness Specialist, you'll engage directly with students in all eight campuses to address their wellbeing needs. This role requires experience in social work, counseling, and designing effective workshops tailored to each campus. You will build trusted relationships while supporting students' emotional challenges through non-violent communication techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit all campuses to assess student wellbeing needs
- Facilitate peer support and wellness workshops




- Create resources for campus teams to ensure sustainability
- Identify distressed students and connect them to resources
- Develop partnerships with local organizations for student support

Requirements

n
- 2-3 years' experience in social work or education
- Proven ability to design group sessions and workshops
- Empathy for marginalized student backgrounds
- Willingness to travel between campuses frequently
- Familiarity with mental health first aid and NVC
