This role in the Chronic Resident Unit focuses on facilitating the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of clients. You'll utilize your CCA certificate and excellent interpersonal skills in this part-time capacity. Flexibility for various shifts is necessary, as you'll be required to work a minimum of 24 hours every three weeks.

- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Encourage optimum functioning through personal care
- Attend to clients' emotional and psychological needs
- Document care activities and client progress
- Communicate effectively with team members and families

Requirements

- Completion of Continuing Care Assistant certificate
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Valid driver's license if required
- Willingness to meet flexible scheduling demands
