Benson Mortgages is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant who has completed their certification to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting our mortgage services.

Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements and reports

n

Manage bookkeeping and accounting processes

n

Monitor financial transactions, audit for accuracy and rectification of errors

n

Assist with budgeting and financial planning

n





Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards

n

Collaborate with mortgage and loan departments to support financial activities

n

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management

n

Reporting to Senior Financial Controller

n

Qualifications Certified Chartered Accountant (CPA) or equivalent with completed certification (mandatory)

n

Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related fields (mortgage experience is a plus)

n

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

n

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

n

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines

n

Additional Information In-office position; no remote work option
