nWe’re looking for a Farm Lead to work alongside ownership in managing day-to-day operations.n
This role is for someone who can take ownership, think ahead, and help keep the farm moving, not just follow instructions.
n
Strong mechanical ability, equipment experience, or Class 1 driving are all valuable here, but mindset matters more than any single skill.

Core responsibilities:
n

- Support daily farm operations and priorities
n
- Operate and oversee equipment during peak periods
n
- Troubleshoot and assist with repairs and maintenance
n
- Help coordinate workflow across field, yard, and hauling
n
- Step into leadership when needed
n
nWhat we’re looking for:n
n
- Strong mechanical awareness OR equipment experience OR Class 1
n
- Able to think independently and solve problems
n
- Calm under pressure (this matters a lot)
n
- Communicates clearly: no surprises
n
- Takes ownership without needing constant direction
n
nWhat success looks like:n

- Things keep moving - even when problems come up

- Equipment issues are caught early

nWhat to expect:n

- Weather dependant, seasonal flexibility (we’re making hay when the sun shines)

- 30-40 hours per week, and up to 60 hours during peak times
n
- $28-$38 per hour depending on skills and experience
