Arlo’s Dockside, is a known staple in the West St. Paul community - under new management and, as the new operator’s, we are looking to improve Arlo’s Dockside’s image. Arlo’s Dockside is a seasonal operation that opens in May and will run until September.

As we are a small kitchen, we are looking for a versatile person who is able to help out in many different positions. During slow times this will mean looking after prep and washing dishes and when it is busy you would switch and help prepare and cook food.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas.
n
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations, ensuring compliance with Food Handler Certification.
n
- Assist in washing dishes and kitchen utensils to maintain a clean workspace.
n

nQualifications:nn
- Experience in a kitchen is a plus
n

nSchedule:n4-8 hour shiftn

Transportation





nArlo’s Dockside is outside of the perimeter by about 5 minutes by car. You must have your own reliable transportation.n

This position is seasonal from May to September.
