About The Job

- Practices in a variety of clinical settings and is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of client care
- Works in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensures the delivery of client‑centered care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing health care needs




- Demonstrates a specialized body of knowledge and bases practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities

This is a Casual opportunity. Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as‑needed basis.n

Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights rotating from 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 hours.

About this Location

Lillooet Hospital and Health Centre provides full services of medical, palliative and ambulatory and emergency care. Services are supported by part‑time physiotherapy, social work and other outpatient services including home and community care, mental health and substance use. The emergency room has 5 beds and is open 24/7, staffed with 2 RN. The in‑patient unit has 6 funded beds, staffed with 2 RN.n
