We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team and help us uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

The Role

As a Resort Housekeeper, you are the meticulous eye behind the magic of a fresh hotel room. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, ensuring that every corner meets our resort's quality standards. If you take pride in your work and find satisfaction in transforming a space into a welcoming retreat, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Room Preparation: Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to ensure guest rooms and bathrooms meet resort standards.
- Linens & Towels & Laundry: Strip beds, make beds with fresh linens, and replace used towels with fresh ones.
- Restocking: Replenish room amenities, including toiletries, coffee/tea supplies, and minibar items.
- Maintenance Reporting: Quickly report any damage, broken items, or maintenance issues (like leaky faucets or blown lightbulbs) to the management team.
- Organization: Keep your housekeeping cart fully stocked, organized, and tidy throughout your shift.




- Deep Cleaning: Assist with seasonal deep cleaning projects and maintain the cleanliness of walkways and common areas as needed.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Previous hotel, resort, or professional cleaning experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Attention to Detail: You have an eagle eye for spotting dirt, smudges, and things out of place.
- Physical Stamina: This is a physically active role. You must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 25-30 lbs) for the majority of your shift.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and independently to clean a designated number of rooms within your shift while maintaining high quality.
- Reliability: You are punctual, dependable, and a true team player.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts that include weekends and holidays, as the resort operates every day of the week.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
