Job Description:
Genoa Bay Cafe is currently seeking enthusiastic experienced Line Cooks to join our team for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. Located on the tranquil waters of Genoa Bay, our oceanfront dining restaurant offers a dynamic yet relaxed environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes
- Collaborate closely with our team of red seal certified chefs to create innovative and delicious offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen setting




- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
- Food Safe certification or willingness to obtain one
