What is the opportunity?
This unique position calls on your client‑focused sales expertise and natural problem‑solving skills to maximise each client interaction. You help clients with their everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. As an RBC ambassador, you add value in the moments that matter most and collaborate with RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals. Whether you demonstrate how to use digital banking, onboard a new client, or refer a complex opportunity to a specialist, your expertise drives meaningful client experiences, client satisfaction, and loyalty.n
What will you do?
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the branch and the community, uncovering banking needs, providing advice, and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
- Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver memorable experiences, drive sales, and retain business.
- Respond to client‑initiated contact, assisting them with a full range of financial transactions.
- Actively listen and engage clients in conversation to understand their needs.
- Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximise business opportunities and referrals.
What does it take to succeed?
Must‑have
- Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a target‑driven sales environment.
- Problem‑solving and people skills, strong relationship building, and proactive client engagement.
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics, and hunger for success.
- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
- Bilingualism (English & French) required, as you will serve clients in both languages.

- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in finance or service sectors.
