This role requires a proactive approach to coaching teams, managing change, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met through structured governance. Expect a 7/7 rotation at our state-of-the-art Côté Gold site. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and improve the OE PMO framework
- Lead and prioritize the OE initiative portfolio
- Establish and chair regular portfolio reviews
- Provide CI leadership and direct improvement events
- Coach leaders on Lean thinking and performance routines Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in engineering or business
- 7+ years in Operational Excellence or Senior CI roles
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification
- Proven portfolio governance and benefits realization experience
