Le poste

Nous recherchons un soudeur/fabricateur expérimenté capable de prendre en charge des projets en atelier ou sur chantier du début à la fin.

Tu seras impliqué directement dans la fabrication, la qualité et l’organisation du travail.

Tu arrives, tu comprends le travail, tu l’exécutes correctement — sans supervision constante.

Responsabilités

- Lire et interpréter des plans d’ingénieur
- Fabrication en atelier (principalement acier – MIG)
- Assemblage, fit-up et soudage précis
- Vérification de la qualité avant livraison
- Organisation du travail avec un aide / junior
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et structuré
- Respect strict des standards et des procédures

Profil recherché

- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en soudage / fabrication métallique
- Capable de travailler de façon autonome du début à la fin
- Très bon jugement technique (fit-up, alignement, qualité)
- Expérience en structures, escaliers ou rampes (fort atout)
- À l’aise avec travaux variés (fabrication, réparation, installation)
- Attitude professionnelle, fiable et rigoureuse

Exigence importante (CWB)

Le poste nécessite d’être admissible à devenir superviseur en soudage certifié CWB afin de représenter l’entreprise pour certains travaux.

Une expérience en environnement structuré ou avec plans d’ingénieur est un atout important.
