Allan Foundations is looking for a field level employee to join our team. Experience is an asset but the right individual with minimal experience may be considered if they show a high interest and motivation for piling/foundations work. A candidate applying for this position could be someone who has 5 years’ experience operating piling rigs, or it could be someone who has worked as a labourer around foundational type work and is looking to advance their career into running various rigs.
Job Duties:
Provide labour support to operators in both our foundations and construction division
Operate equipment on worksites such as: wheel loaders, skid-steers, zoom-booms, and telehandlers
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as: daily inspections, greasing, and refueling
Working outdoors in all weather conditions, anywhere in the province
Adhere to the company health and safety program’s policies and procedures
All other duties as required
Job Qualifications:
Class 5 Driver’s License required (1A would be an asset)
Various field safety tickets: SCOT/WHMIS, Ground Disturbance, PME tickets etc. are an asset (we will train the right candidate)
Versatile work schedule with the ability to work long hours/overtime when required
A motivated,
coachable individual who is willing to learn is a must.
Ability to pass a pre-employment/site access drug and alcohol test (cannabis is still tested for)
ALLAN Foundations is a locally owned company based out of Saskatoon that specializes in bored concrete piles, screw piles and driven piles. Our Foundations team works around the province for a variety of clients in a wide range of industries including but not limited to residential, commercial and industrial.
