nWe’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. We’re a busy, well-established shop that values honesty, teamwork, and taking care of both our customers and our employees. The right person will have a good understanding of automotive service, enjoy working with people, and take pride in providing top-notch customer care from start to finish.n

What You’ll Do

nWelcome customers and make sure they feel prioritized.n

Discuss vehicle concerns, gather details, and help customers understand their service options.

n

Clearly explain recommended work, maintenance needs, and repair timelines.

n

Coordinate with our technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.

n

Answer customer phone calls, keep accurate records, handle transactions, and stay on top of scheduling.

n

Contribute to a positive shop environment — we work hard, communicate openly, and support each other.

n

What We’re Looking For

nSolid mechanical knowledge or prior experience in an automotive service role.n

Strong communication and people skills — friendly, honest, and professional.

n

Organized and effective,



even when things get busy.

n

Comfortable with phone calls, computers, phones, and basic sales tasks.

n

A great attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to provide great service.
