The hiring rate for this role is $32.51 per collective agreement/employee association agreement.

As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) joining our Village, you will:





Maintain current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Have existing Heart Save Level of CPR.
Demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks effectively, properly plan for, and allocate the right amount of time and effort to complete tasks.

Remains calm and manages stress appropriately.
Deliver safe administration of medication and treatments with a focus on accuracy, quality and meeting our residents’ quality of life requests.
Follow plans of care (or service plans) in accordance with the standards of the College of Nurses and able to identify and report any changes in the resident’s well-being to the Charge Nurse or Village leadership team.
