About This Role
Our engineering team owns the software that makes our marketplace work.





We’re looking for an experienced leader to help lead teams focused on a core customer experience.

Our customers look to Faire to help manage and run their wholesale business across the customer journey, from getting their products listed to marketing their business through promotions or email to processing wholesale orders and managing their fulfillment.

We care about valuable engineering practices and love to write software that is secure, tested, easy to maintain, and scalable to millions of users.

We build minimum viable products, deploy to production multiple times per day, A/B test customer-facing changes, listen to the data, and iterate.

We are deeply committed to accelerating the adoption of AI across our engineering workflow—leveraging it for everything from basic coding assistance and streamlining review processes to informing architectural design and enhancing system monitoring.
